Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initiation.
- Identify opportunities to proactively enhance client service delivery and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure comprehensive talent solutions are provided.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, customer experience, or account management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- UAE citizenship is preferred, along with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
