The Collection Specialist will be responsible for office duties relating to the collection of official funds from ADIB customers, coordinating with the collection team leader, collection manager, and field collection agent.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare a plan to call customers in coordination with the collection team leader.
    • Check customers who do not pay their due payments and review customer lists based on team leader instructions.
    • Review customer accounts and information, preparing notes or questions as needed.
    • Contact customers through various remote communication channels, making outbound calls as necessary.
    • Negotiate with customers, informing them of due amounts, payment deadlines, and payment methods.
    • Update customer information, track, and document details into the customer interface system after each call.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of market and industry characteristics.
    • Strong collection experience with well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Interviewing techniques to obtain factual information.
    • Strong customer service skills and call center experience.
    • Strong phone skills and math aptitude.
    • Computer literacy and fluency in English and Arabic.
