Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts for collections and ensure timely payments.

- Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions.

Requirements
