Key Responsibilities

• Monitor critical IT infrastructure and payment systems 24/7.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and alerts promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain clear and concise communication during incidents.
• Perform routine health checks and system validations.
• Contribute to improving command center processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a command center, NOC, or operations environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
