Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review drawings from subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedule and design.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of construction work.
• Approve completion of each construction stage before allowing the next phase.
• Inspect the delivery of construction materials for compliance with specifications.
• Identify, fix, and manage construction snags during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-8 Years of experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Ability to perform site walks and inspections.
