Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure data platform architectures. Oversee the implementation of innovative data solutions that support community health programs. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and partners to define the data strategy and roadmap. Ensure stringent data integrity, quality, governance, and security across all data systems. Provide expert guidance on data best practices, emerging technologies, and strategic innovations. Optimize existing data infrastructure for enhanced performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

Extensive experience (10+ years) in data architecture, platform design, and successful implementation. Proven proficiency with diverse data technologies, including cloud platforms, various databases, and ETL tools. Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance principles. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and effectively mentor junior team members. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences. Previous experience working within a non-profit or global health context is highly advantageous.
