Key Responsibilities
- Effectively handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat in Arabic and English.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
