Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support business development activities by preparing and reviewing proposals, bids, and client contracts.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Liaise with internal teams (legal, finance, project management) and external stakeholders regarding contract terms.
- Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, proposing solutions.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and amendments to ensure favorable terms for the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
