We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Contract Manager – Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management for our construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies while maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure contract compliance and timely execution.
- Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including change orders and amendments.
- Conduct financial analysis to track contract costs and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) preferred.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
