Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing line management, preferably in electronics or automotive.
• Strong understanding of quality control and production optimization processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a global environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Chonburi, Thailand.
• Experience with LiDAR or autonomous vehicle technology is highly desirable.
