Key Responsibilities

• Operational controlling of departments of Business Services.
• KPI Definition & Tracking and Variance Analysis.
• Creation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for various stakeholders.
• Business Planning & Forecasting - Creation of forecasts and budgets.
• Monthly financial result reviews with Managers and preparation of ad-hoc analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close process, pricing of services, and projects to improve operational financial processes.
• Business Partner for department leads.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or economic education (university, university of applied sciences) with a specialization in finance/controlling and/or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• 100% team player with hands-on mentality and pronounced affinity for numbers.
• Structured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/US-GAAP) is of advantage.
• Very good MS Office knowledge; SAP (FI / CO) knowledge beneficial.
• Very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.
