Key Responsibilities

• Independently plan and coordinate IT (sub-)projects, including budget responsibility.
• Assess and evaluate requirements regarding IT strategy, IT architecture, and compliance standards.
• Lead diverse project teams, moderate committees and steering groups, and present complex IT matters.
• Align projects with both classical and agile project management methods.
• Help establish and continuously optimize project management methodologies (primarily SCRUM/agile).

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in IT project management (classical and/or agile).
• Ideally certified as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Excellent methodological expertise and broad knowledge of agile tools and frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills across all levels.
• Hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, conceptual and analytical strength, structured working style, high motivation, self-responsibility, and resilience.
• Very good German and English, written and spoken.
