Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership or General Manager role, preferably within HR technology or services.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and business environment.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and operational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage complex client relationships, and achieve targets.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams towards common goals.
