Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all commercial and operational aspects of XPENG’s business in Sweden.

Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management or country leadership role, preferably within the automotive, technology, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the Swedish market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and drive results.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is essential for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
