    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the creator community for FunCorp’s mobile apps.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for creators, providing support, resources, and guidance.
    • Organize and manage community events, contests, and collaborative projects to boost engagement.
    • Monitor community feedback, trends, and content performance to inform product and content strategies.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and active environment for all community members.
    • Analyze community performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and content quality.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in community management, social media leadership, or content creator relations.
    • Strong understanding of online communities, content creation platforms, and digital trends, especially meme culture.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, international team.
    • Passion for fostering positive online communities and enhancing user engagement.
    • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and user-generated content platforms.
