    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key customer stakeholders across the EMEA region.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with Constructor’s innovative solutions.
    • Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion of Constructor’s AI-powered platform.
    • Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal product, sales, and support teams to advocate for customer success.
    • Help customers achieve their business objectives and KPI optimization goals using Constructor’s technology.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
    • Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and SaaS solutions, particularly in product discovery.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships remotely.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • A proactive and customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience working with and understanding the needs of clients in the EMEA region.
