    Key Responsibilities

    • Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of Flex HRM.
    • Proactively engage with existing clients to identify needs and provide solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
    • Conduct product training and demonstrate new features to customers.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
    • Monitor customer health and work to reduce churn while increasing retention.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS or HR tech.
    • Strong understanding of HR administration processes and software.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
    • Ability to analyze customer data and provide strategic recommendations.
