Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and data analytics strategies.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with HR and procurement teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within HR or procurement sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
