Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and implementation of digital and AI solutions in manufacturing.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization and transformation.
- Develop and execute strategies for integrating AI-driven technologies across production sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, AI implementation, or process transformation.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and manufacturing technologies.
- Proven ability to lead projects and drive change in a complex industrial environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
