Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical staff. Identify potential risks and challenges, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure all digital solutions align with World Vision’s strategic goals and humanitarian standards.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in digital project management, preferably within the non-profit or humanitarian sector. Strong understanding of various digital technologies, platforms, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
