Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand market share and publisher base.
  • Lead and drive marketing and sales initiatives to attract new premium publishers globally.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new demand partnerships and advertising opportunities.
  • Optimize the utilization of MonetizeMore’s AdTech suite to maximize client ad revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing growth team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user data to inform strategic decisions and product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Director-level growth, marketing, or sales role within AdTech or digital publishing.
  • Strong understanding of ad operations, programmatic advertising, and publisher monetization strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a global perspective.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a proactive problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
