Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement regional QA strategies in alignment with global objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable EMEA and international quality regulations (e.g., ISO, MDR, IVDR).
• Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance professionals across the EMEA region.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring effective CAPA management and continuous improvement.
• Drive quality system improvements and initiatives to enhance product reliability and patient safety.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to integrate quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device or IVD industry, with significant leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of EMEA and international quality regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing QA teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
