Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar engineering role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
