    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems and equipment.
    • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from guests and staff.
    • Monitor and manage the Building Management System (BMS).
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
    • Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar engineering role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
    • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
