Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and supervise the electrical technical team to achieve specified targets effectively.
- Guide the preparation and design of detailed engineering work.
- Ensure high-quality and approval of engineering deliverables as per applicable specifications.
- Monitor and review BIM models.
- Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial and other departments.
- Coordinate professionally with main contractor, specialist/suppliers, client and consultant on behalf of electrical lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
- 10 Years’ of relevant work experience in managing projects with a particular focus on Hotel & Resorts developments.
- Expert in Electrical calculations-load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop, capacitor bank sizing, Lux level calculation and other related.
- Knowledge in DM Green building requirements.
- Strong technical management skills.
