Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the engineering team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all hotel systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and guest requests related to engineering issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, preventative maintenance schedules, and equipment logs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the hotel premises.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within hotel engineering or facility management.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by hotel operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Familiarity with hotel operating procedures, safety standards, and energy management best practices.
