Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of Elastic’s Search AI Platform and solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, professional services, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technology solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of AI, search, observability, or security technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
