Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics effectively.
- Ensure all events align with One&Only brand standards and guest expectations for luxury.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and manage post-event feedback.
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through innovative event concepts and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, preferably within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse clients and teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- A passion for creating unique and memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by events.
