Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EHS work permit system to ensure all operational activities comply with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular EHS surveillance rounds to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Implement and enforce fire safety measures in accordance with NFPA and NBC standards.
- Organize and deliver Tool Box Talks to keep staff informed about daily safety procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and contractors on safety best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 to 12 years of work experience in the EHS field.
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra Factory Rules, PESO rules, and IS standards.
- Proficiency in fire safety and NFPA/NBC standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competencies in process excellence, stakeholder management, and result orientation.
