Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and efficiently seat guests according to table availability.

• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ensure a positive first impression and exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
