Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all lifting operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Develop and implement lifting plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise lifting teams and equipment, ensuring proper training and certification.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate lifting operations into overall project schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment and work areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lifting Operations Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, procedures, and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications in lifting operations (e.g., LOLER, OPITO).
• Strong understanding of construction and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
