Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments for executives.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
