    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing complex calendars and scheduling.
    • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
    • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence with high discretion.
    • Assist with project coordination and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment (5 Year+ experience).
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
