Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and control the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule.
- Act as primary gatekeeper to the CEO, filtering meeting and communication requests.
- Draft, review, and prepare executive communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings with board members and strategic partners.
- Track and monitor action items, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.
