Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of freight revenue accounting processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of freight revenues and related costs.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses related to freight revenue performance.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to optimize revenue recognition and billing.
- Ensure strict compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and aviation regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in freight revenue accounting, preferably within the airline industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
