Key Responsibilities

• Expedite the delivery of critical materials and equipment from vendors to project sites.
• Monitor purchase orders and production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate proactively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve potential delays.
• Track and report on material status, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement procedures and project timelines.
• Support overall logistics and supply chain operations for complex engineering projects.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project-based environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and effective negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using procurement or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus.
