Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of all assigned properties.
- Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure high standards.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
- Optimize resource utilization and implement cost-effective facility management solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably within the real estate or luxury property sector.
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
