Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Oversee project cost controls, budgeting and revenue recognition.
• Manage corporate treasury, banking relationships and working capital.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and compliance with IFRS.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, promoting automation and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA.
• More than 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least seven years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering or contracting, with a proven record of managing multi-million-dollar projects and complex financial operations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
