Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the General Manager on all financial matters, providing timely reports and insights.
- Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial controls across real estate and construction projects.
- Implement accounting practices specific to off-plan property sales and construction accounting, including escrow fund management.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE KYC, AML, FTA, and escrow regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, tax filings, and compliance.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in UAE-based real estate development and construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of off-plan accounting, construction accounting flows, and escrow regulation compliance.
- In-depth understanding of UAE KYC, AML, and FTA compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
