    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with NRC policies, donor regulations, and local financial laws.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Lead the annual audit process and implement recommendations for improved financial controls.
    • Provide financial guidance and support to program teams to ensure effective resource utilization.
    • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian context.
    • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and donor compliance.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
    • Ability to work effectively in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English and working knowledge of French/Creole preferred due to location.
