Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget process and develop long-range financial plans.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Analyze differences between actual performance and budget/forecasts.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Manage or mentor junior financial analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, with 4-5 years in the Middle East.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
