Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes effectively.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- Proven track record as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
