Job Overview

Peergrowth is hiring an FP&A Manager to lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis with a strong focus on construction projects. You’ll partner with project managers and senior leadership to build robust financial models, monitor KPIs, optimize cash flows, and drive data-backed decisions that improve profitability and project efficiency across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for corporate and project P&L/cash flow.
  • Develop/maintain project and corporate financial models; conduct variance and driver analysis.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management reports with actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Support project teams on cost control, cash flow tracking, and feasibility/profitability assessments.
  • Advise leadership on capital allocation, project prioritization, and cost optimization.
  • Streamline FP&A processes; build dashboards and standardized reporting; ensure policy/standards compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred).
  • 6+ years in finance with 3–5 years in FP&A; construction/engineering industry experience preferred.
  • Expert financial modelling, budgeting/forecasting, and management reporting for complex projects.
  • Knowledge of construction project costing and resource planning; advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
