Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the AI and Digital Transformation lead for the commercial domain (Sales or Customer Service).
• Identify and deliver opportunities that reduce manual effort, simplify processes, and increase productivity.

• Evaluate business impact by measuring adoption, efficiency gains, and user feedback.
• Capture best practices and reusable solution patterns to accelerate AI adoption.

Requirements

• Constantly challenge the status quo and unlock new ways of working through AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer excellence, project management, solution engineering, technical consulting, digital transformation, automation, AI enablement, or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating business problems into practical digital or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes such as sales operations, customer support, pricing, quotations, CRM, or product data management.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and engineering teams.
