Key Responsibilities

• Together with the store manager, you are responsible for optimizing store routines and ensuring the store is ready for customers, creating excellent sales results.
• Your main tasks include preparing weekly promotions, fostering the right sales attitude, and creating a positive work atmosphere where all employees are satisfied.
• You support the store manager in ensuring the store is 100% ready for sales and customers through encouraging communication, leadership, and training your team in line with JYSK Leadership values.
• You train your colleagues in the right sales attitude, understanding customer needs, and upselling.
• You are a good example to your team in all store tasks.
• In the future, you see yourself as a store manager and are ready to develop in that direction.
