Requirements

Master’s degree in public health, digital technology, management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in digital health or development. Proven track record in strategic planning, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement. Strong understanding of the African health landscape and digital transformation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural leadership skills. Ability to secure funding and manage complex budgets effectively.
