The role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven leadership in the tourism or hotel industry, particularly within Food & Beverage (F&B) management. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and lead a motivated team to achieve high service and revenue standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Lead and manage teams with emphasis on Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and service quality.
  • Foster a strong organizational culture through effective leadership, training, and motivation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
  • Represent the hotel professionally in community and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in F&B Management or general hotel management roles.
  • Relevant hospitality qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in international or cross-cultural work environments is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable leader willing to reside onsite or away from family if required.
  • High standards of professionalism and customer-service orientation.
