Key Responsibilities
- Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms.
- Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, and restaurants.
- Assist the front office and other areas that need assistance.
- Ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
- Maintain a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
