    Job Overview

    Bravo Systems d.o.o. is seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to design, prototype, and deliver production-grade AI solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and modern ML infrastructure. Working closely with global teams across Bosnia, Serbia, and the U.S., the successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge projects in AI-driven monetization platforms, social shopping, and creator-focused tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and deploy generative AI features and machine learning models from concept to production.
    • Develop and fine-tune ML models for tasks including recommendation, regression, classification, and clustering.
    • Build RESTful APIs to integrate AI models with existing systems and applications.
    • Conduct rapid prototyping (POCs), data preparation, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product and engineering to ship AI-powered solutions.
    • Implement responsible AI practices, model monitoring, and performance evaluation pipelines.
    • Leverage AI copilots, automation tools, and code agents to optimize development speed.
    • Stay updated on emerging research, AI tools, and frameworks to apply innovative methods to business challenges.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
    • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems.
    • Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
    • Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
    • Knowledge of multimodal models, retrieval systems, and vector databases.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Cloud experience with AWS or similar platforms.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
