    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement robust procurement strategies for assigned commodity groups.
    • Manage key supplier relationships and conduct complex negotiations to secure optimal terms.
    • Monitor global market trends, commodity prices, and supply chain risks.
    • Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and value creation opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams on material requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic purchasing or commodity buying, preferably within the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in contract management and complex negotiations.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.
    • Proficiency in using procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing international stakeholder and supplier relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural, global team.
