Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth and consistent resolution to maintenance issues logged during a shift and via verbal instructions.
• Address maintenance needs in areas including Security, Pools, Grounds, Hotel Rooms, and other hotel areas.
• Perform general DIY and maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
• Proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests regarding maintenance matters.

Requirements

• Matric qualification.
• 1 - 2 Years of previous Handyman/Maintenance experience.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, trustworthy, presentable, and well-spoken with great attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to run with multiple tasks simultaneously.
